What is A.L.Y.G.N?

A – Assignment -  You must understand your God-given purpose and divine mandate before you can lead effectively.
L – Leadership Identity -Who you are in Christ shapes how you lead. Identity precedes activity.

Y – Yielding -Surrendering to God’s will, timing, and process. True leadership requires surrender before authority.
G – Growth -  Commitment to spiritual, emotional, and leadership development.  Healthy leaders commit to continuous development.
N – Nurture & Multiply -Developing others, building legacy, and reproducing leadership in those you lead. Leadership is not complete until you can guide others AND reproduce leaders.

Dr. T. Nicole
Founder of A.L.Y.G.N Leadership Framework

Dr. T. Nicole Owens is a Kingdom educator, apostolic teacher, and visionary leader called to raise up leaders who walk in divine order, spiritual authority, and authentic alignment. She carries a mandate to confront misalignment, restore biblical structure, and equip believers to function effectively within the Body of Christ.

With a deep and unwavering passion for teaching, Dr. Owens does not simply inform—she imparts. Her teaching pierces beyond surface understanding, calling leaders into maturity, accountability, and transformation. She is committed to developing leaders who are not only gifted, but governed—leaders who understand that alignment is not optional, it is essential.

Dr. Owens holds an Associate’s Degree in Accounting, a Bachelor of Theology, a Bachelor of Psychology, a Master of Arts in Christian Counseling, a Doctor of Divinity, and a Doctor of Education (EdD) with a specialization in Christian Education. Her multidisciplinary background uniquely equips her to integrate biblical truth, psychological insight, and leadership principles to address both the spiritual and emotional dimensions of leadership.

As the founder of the A.L.Y.G.N Leadership Framework, she teaches that alignment must precede assignment and that God is a God of order and not confusion. Her work challenges leaders to examine their posture, submit to proper covering, and function within divine structure. Through her teachings, she exposes the dangers of giftedness without alignment, emphasizing that spiritual authority flows through submission, not self-appointment.

Dr. Owens is known for her bold, uncompromising stance on truth. She teaches with clarity, conviction, and prophetic precision, calling leaders out of emotionalism, disorder, and cultural compromise, and into Kingdom identity, discipline, and responsibility. Her voice is one that builds, corrects, and strengthens, ensuring that leaders are equipped not just for position, but for longevity and impact.

Her mission is clear: to raise a generation of leaders who are spiritually aligned, emotionally whole, and structurally sound; leaders who will advance the Kingdom of God with integrity, power, and order.

“And He gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ.” — Ephesians 4:11–12 (KJV)
